Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic principles, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, tailoring the approach to monitor progress and adapt methods as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
