Our extensive array of community-based services are fully integrated, bilingual and culturally competent.Key Essential FunctionsAssume responsibility for administering, supervising and coordinating the facility services of the corporationPrepare all documents for requests for quotations as necessaryAssists in the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction and renovationPlan work schedules and maintenance requirements with contractors as necessaryPlan and schedule all work activity, projects and tasks for all staffSchedule routine and preventative maintenance, cleaning and inspection of grounds, buildings, structures, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, HVAC equipment and other facility componentsMaintain inventory control system for equipment and suppliesConduct performance reviews and associated evaluations of all Facilities/Maintenance Department staffRequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED required. Associate Degree in Social/Human Sciences, PsychologyTwo years of experience working with the homeless and/or low and mixed-income population in addition to experience in child welfare, family work, and substance abuseUnderstanding of low-income and homeless individuals and their specific needsCurrent F-80 certification requiredWhy Join Us?Acacia Network provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to our employees.
