Job Description
Job Duties:
Coordinate activities related to orders, inventory, and shipments;
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and records related to order tracking and business operations;
Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and inventory information to ensure timely processing and delivery;
Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding order updates, shipment details, and related matters;
Review inventory and order data for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed;
Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, inventory, and related documentation;
Assist in tracking orders and preparing summaries and reports for internal review;
Support daily administrative and coordination functions related to company activities.
Special requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
6 months of experience in operations, business support, coordination, or related functions.
