Job Description

Job Duties:

• Coordinate activities related to orders, inventory, and shipments;

• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and records related to order tracking and business operations;

• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and inventory information to ensure timely processing and delivery;

• Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding order updates, shipment details, and related matters;

• Review inventory and order data for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed;

• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, inventory, and related documentation;

• Assist in tracking orders and preparing summaries and reports for internal review;

• Support daily administrative and coordination functions related to company activities.

Special requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;

• 6 months of experience in operations, business support, coordination, or related functions.
