Workers Compensation Underwriter

Providing concierge service to insureds and agents, the full-time Call Center Underwriter CL - Workers Comp will manage incoming calls regarding policy coverage, billing inquiries, and renewal reviews while ensuring accurate documentation and communication. Key responsibilities: Receive and respond to incoming calls related to policy document requests and billing inquiries Review and set up new or renewal policies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders Process cancellations and maintain follow-up on outstanding items until resolution Required qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree; business degree preferred 2-4 years of agency experience in Personal & Commercial Lines or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of experience servicing or selling Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies Previous call center experience is a plus Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred
