Project Coordinator

A leading HVAC industry company is seeking an energetic, sharp Project Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, FL for an immediate-start opportunity. Are you an organized project professional with a background in facilities, HVAC, or construction management? In this role, you will report directly to the Lead Project Manager and serve as a crucial logistics hub supporting a key commercial account. You will oversee non-construction HVAC replacement projects across existing facilities—ensuring vendor bids, work orders, and equipment deliveries stay strictly on track. This position offers a clear temp-to-perm career pathway, making it an outstanding opportunity for someone looking for growth. Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (Dependent on experience) salary: $25 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day HVAC replacement work (rooftop unit replacements, facility upgrades), track work orders, and maintain project updates through internal systems. Obtain vendor quotes, follow up on bids, order equipment, and confirm installation scheduling across multiple sites. Serve as a reliable point of contact for account communications, managing high-touch client needs while partnering with internal PMs. Enter, update, and track project milestones and financial records using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. Coordinate day-to-day office-based project logistics to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope.
