Product / Textile Designer – BathLocation: New York, NY | In-Office | Full TimeThe OpportunityA leading home fashions company is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support a variety of licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This is a hands-on design position that combines creative development with technical execution throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with a solid understanding of soft home product design, development, and manufacturing. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home productsCreate CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorwaysDevelop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction detailsPrepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factoriesReview samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvalsCollaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teamsOversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlinesQualifications3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related fieldExperience with hard bath goods is a plusStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PointcarreExperience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patternsStrong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods constructionHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projectsComfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelinesWhat the Role OffersOpportunity to work across multiple recognizable brandsHands-on involvement throughout the complete product development processAbility to develop your skills alongside experienced creative leadershipFast-paced environment where designs move from concept to finished product
