Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive sales performance for psychiatric medications in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals and mental health facilities, territory management, and strategic planning to meet sales forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales performance through in-person and virtual outreach to healthcare providers and mental health centers
• Develop local strategic and tactical business plans aligned with regional objectives and formulary opportunities
• Maintain market intelligence on local practices, customer structures, and key influencers; share insights with internal stakeholders
• Manage territory budget allocation and select appropriate programs and resources for customers and practice systems
• Maintain accurate administrative records including call data, customer objectives, samples, and expenses

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
• Strong patient advocacy mindset and compliance orientation
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with sound judgment
