Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital
EveryStep in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Family Outreach Specialist to connect families with community-based health resources. You will develop and maintain directories, conduct outreach, and assist families with Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility enrollment while promoting EPSDT preventive care.
