Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, track their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a confidential and supportive environment for clients, particularly those with accessibility challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, safeguarding the well-being of both clients and the practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with emerging practices and enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will help these individuals navigate their unique experiences and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients founded on trust, empathy, and understanding.

• A commitment to upholding a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude as you guide clients through their challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload while handling administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy services is highly desirable, as it enables you to maximize the effectiveness of virtual sessions.

• Experience working with specific client populations, such as adolescents or individuals with specific traumas, may be beneficial.

• Demonstrated ability to use telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000, contingent on your experience and caseload management.
