Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using electronic health records (EHRs).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and best practices in patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our patients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and your expertise will be crucial in delivering culturally sensitive care tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to apply critical thinking in therapeutic scenarios.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 – 105,000 annually, reflecting your productivity and contributions to the organization.
