Front Office Coordinator
Looking for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
What youll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Scheduling appointments and assisting staff
- Handling paperwork, filing, and basic data entry
What were looking for:
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable and organized
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Day shift available
Pay: $16+/hr
