Service Specialist

We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full time positions. Position Details This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours 8:00AM-5:00PM, M-F. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required. Responsibilities Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Litigation Copy/Printing/Scanning Mail sort and internal distribution Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Prior Law Firm experience is a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/ Hospitality preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Lifting up to 55 pounds Accommodations IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
