Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients using appropriate clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to craft individualized treatment plans that recognize cultural diversities and specific needs of patients.

• Implement evidence-based practices for maintaining oversight of patient progress, tailoring clinical interventions to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Document and maintain comprehensive treatment records, reports, and related clinical information promptly using advanced digital technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Work collaboratively with patients and other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans that reflect patient goals and establish pathways to successful resolutions.

• Facilitate patient safety by anticipating challenges in mental health symptoms and employing proactive strategies for symptom management.

• Coordinate referral options and liaise between patients and external treatment providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
