Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of the patient's mental health status, utilizing instruments such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to identify diagnoses when necessary.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and address the unique needs of the patient population.

• Continuously monitoring patient progress and employing necessary interventions to support their mental health journey effectively.

• Documenting all required clinical information, treatment records, and reports accurately and timely using state-of-the-art technology in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborating with patients and their families to create and adjust treatment plans, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes while establishing achievable objectives.

• Coordinating referrals and acting as a conduit between patients and other healthcare providers, ensuring a supportive network for treatment.
