Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Create individualized treatment strategies addressing clients' unique challenges and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, fostering a supportive network for clients in recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse clientele facing varied mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and more. You will be responsible for understanding the unique cultural backgrounds and life experiences of each client, which is essential in providing effective and individualized treatment. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in both theory and practice.
