Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client history, treatment goals, and design personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.

• Document session notes and progress reports accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues. Our clients often require assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other disorders. Sessions are funded through schools and community programs, allowing you to focus solely on therapy without the burden of billing insurance. This approach not only improves client outcomes but also enhances the therapeutic relationship, fostering a safe environment for growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Massachusetts (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Proficiency in performing intake assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
