ACCOUNTING CLERK - INVENTORY

Responsibilities Post receipt of material into accounting system. Record consumption of material used at various ready-mix locations. Reconcile receipts and consumption with quantity on hand at month end. Communicate with operations regarding receipt of material and other related issues. Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and receipt issues. Provide assistance and analysis on special projects as needed. Always work safely and take action to prevent all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent with one to two years of experience in accounting/office administration/data entry Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel Must be able to work in a confidential environment, meet deadlines, prioritize work and be flexible to changing work priorities Ability to work well with others including vendors and company team members in a positive, professional manner Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight while accomplishing targeted objectives Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen Flexible scheduling options available but must be able to work overtime if necessary. This is an in person full-time position in Central Point, OR. Compensation is competitive and is dependent upon experience.
