An established, financially strong national insurance and financial services organization is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to help lead and develop its field sales organization throughout the Midwest. This is a remote position with regular travel throughout the assigned Midwest territory, including Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri. Candidates should reside within the region.

Title: Field Performance Specialist - Remote

Location: Chicago/Midwest (Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa)

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 +Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• The Field Performance Specialist will partner closely with senior field leadership and oversee the performance and development of multiple insurance sales agencies throughout the territory.
• Lead, coach, and support agency management and field sales professionals throughout the Midwest region.
• Work directly with agency leaders and their sales teams to increase production, expand and strengthen the sales force, improve activity levels, and drive overall agency performance.
• This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach, motivate, influence, and develop successful sales professionals while building strong relationships across a large geographic territory.
• Drive achievement of key sales, production, recruiting, and performance objectives.
• Regularly visit agencies throughout the territory to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide hands-on coaching and support.
• Partner with agency leaders to develop strategies for increasing production and strengthening their sales organizations.
• Motivate and develop General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and support personnel.
• Analyze agency performance and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help agency leadership address operational, personnel, customer service, and performance challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between regional leadership and the field organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant life insurance experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance operations, products, policies, and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating insurance sales professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Midwest. xhyhwjd
• Professional insurance designations such as FIC, FLMI, or CLU are a plus.
