BIWIN Storage is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented entry-level Product Manager to join our Miami team in a sales-facing role. This position bridges our product, sales, and customer teams — translating product capabilities into compelling customer value, supporting pre-sales engagements, and ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively in the market. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional who enjoys client interaction, thinks commercially, and wants to grow into a senior sales-side PM role within a fast-paced storage technology company.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

Customer & Sales Support

\n

\n
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for the sales team and key B2B / B2C customers.
\n
• Support pre-sales activities including customer presentations, product demos, RFQ / RFI responses, and technical Q&A.
\n
• Translate customer requirements into clear specifications and feed them back to HQ product and engineering teams.
\n
• Accompany sales representatives on customer meetings as the product subject-matter expert.
\n

Product Positioning & Go-to-Market

\n

\n
• Develop and maintain product collateral: pitch decks, datasheets, comparison sheets, FAQs, and sales playbooks.
\n
• Communicate product roadmaps, new launches, and EOL transitions to the sales team and customers.
\n
• Support pricing discussions by providing competitive analysis and product cost/value context.
\n

Market & Competitive Intelligence

\n

\n
• Gather customer feedback and market signals from the field to inform product direction.
\n
• Track competitor products, pricing, and positioning in the storage industry (SSDs, DRAM, memory cards, etc.).
\n
• Stay current with storage technology trends and customer application requirements.
\n

Cross-functional Coordination

\n

\n
• Act as the bridge between global sales team and HQ product / engineering / supply chain teams.
\n
• Coordinate sample requests, evaluation cycles, qualification timelines, and customer escalations.
\n

\n

\n

Deal Support & Performance Tracking

\n

\n
• Support sales pipeline reviews with product-level insights.
\n
• Track win/loss reasons and feed product gaps back to HQ.
\n
• Help prepare regular sales and product performance reports for management.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

Required

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
\n
• Bilingual: Mandarin and English (verbal and written) — required for daily communication with HQ and global customers
\n
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel formulas (entry-level proficiency acceptable)
\n
• Based in Miami, FL
\n
• Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking in front of customers and sales team.
\n
• Customer-first mindset with clear, logical thinking
\n

Preferred

• Basic of entry-level PM knowledge.
\n
• Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales cycles.
\n
• Background or coursework in storage / semiconductor / consumer electronics technology is a plus.
