Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who wants to join our prestigious fine dining establishment . Responsibilities include preparing Pastas and sautéing a variety of high-quality ingredients, following recipes to maintain consistency, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

This is not an entry-level cooking position . Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience , including experience working a station during service in a quality-focused, high-volume restaurant.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years at Pasta, Sauté and other Stations

- Proven experience running a pasta and sauté station in a fine dining setting

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Run an assigned station independently and confidently during prep and service
• Take ownership of mise en place, including setting pars, anticipating needs, and staying prepared
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Support the team in various kitchen tasks as needed, including prep work and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills.
