Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled pasta and sauté cook to join our prestigious fine dining establishment. Responsibilities include preparing and sautéing a variety of high-quality ingredients, following recipes to maintain consistency, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years at Pasta and Sauté Stations
- Proven experience as a pasta and sauté cook in a fine dining setting
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support the team in various kitchen tasks as needed, including prep work and cleaning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills.
