Staff Product Manager, BioPharma Platforms

PathAI seeks a Staff Product Manager to develop enterprise biopharma platforms supporting clinical trials and translational research. This strategic role bridges cloud software, clinical workflows, and machine learning to enable biotech partners to accelerate drug discovery and development with AI-powered pathology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year product strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise biopharma platforms
- Lead full product development cycles from customer discovery through MVP prototyping to enterprise deployment
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Quality teams on GxP compliance and SaMD validation frameworks
- Establish product telemetry, adoption metrics, and reliability benchmarks to measure platform health and impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams and advocate for modular, interoperable system architectures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 7+ years product management experience building enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, or SaaS for healthcare
- Proven track record developing software and data products in life sciences, biotech, digital health, or clinical research
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical, scientific, and executive teams
- Advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) preferred in relevant computational or life sciences discipline
- Experience with MLOps, digital pathology, multi-omics, or clinical trial analytics platforms preferred
