This role is structured around a telehealth framework, allowing you to engage with clients remotely in a flexible manner. While you will have a regular schedule, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient appointments, ensuring that we meet their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients’ unique experiences, thereby informing tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group sessions, ensuring methods are adapted to reflect the cultural contexts of each patient.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and collaborating with medical professionals as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health license in Colorado as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols.

• Demonstrable experience in providing therapy that is culturally responsive and inclusive, effectively addressing mental health concerns.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
