Workday Systems Supervisor - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Supervises a team supporting Workday Talent Acquisition and Onboarding operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality system support, configuration, and user enablement activities. Oversees day‑to‑day operations while partnering with HR stakeholders to support effective system functionality, process improvements, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day Workday system support and ticket resolution. Assign and monitor team workload; ensure SLA adherence. Guide configuration activities within Recruiting and Onboarding modules and ensure accuracy and compliance. Support implementation of process improvements and system updates. Ensure training materials and documentation are current. Act as escalation point for complex issues. Support testing activities and Workday releases within assigned modules. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support business requirements and operational needs. Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 6‑8 years of HRIS/Workday experience with expertise in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding modules. 1‑2 years of supervisory, team lead, project lead, or informal leadership experience. Experience supporting Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and operational processes. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Working from home frequently or primarily does not change this expectation. For this position, the location is open to any of our US based markets. Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. Pay may vary within the stated range based on education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, and other factors.
