What You'll do:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM and other platform modules.
• Design, build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, Azure AD and LDAP.
• Drive automation initiatives for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting.
• Develop self-service solutions, workflows and process automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment activities and change implementation processes.
• Create support tools, reports, dashboards and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with offshore, onsite, IT and business teams to deliver platform and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide L3 technical support.
• Contribute to platform architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, technical analysis or platform administration.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and multi-module environments.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML and system integration technologies.
• Experienced with REST and SOAP web services, API development and enterprise integrations.
• Familiar with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP and infrastructure automation tools.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and orchestration technologies.
• Experience with databases, monitoring tools and support automation.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS and Azure AKS is a plus.
• Familiarity with development tools, code repositories and release management processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments and collaborating with international teams
