What you can expect as a Healthcare Operations Manager: Patients come first. Lead a cross‑functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community. Financial management: oversee clinic operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendors, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Autonomy: run the clinic with support from the director, regional peers, and the company. Culture & growth: reinforce values and reward behaviors that embody shared beliefs. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and align with regional goals and standards. At least one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of DVP/ROD. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse, if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification; must obtain within 60 days of hire if not already held. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams daily. Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of ROD or Divisional Vice President. Compensation Salary range: $89,000 – $140,000 per year.
