Posting Date 06/24/2026 Location: 1934 East 1st, Los Angeles, California, 90033, United States of America Overview DaVita is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead an outpatient clinic. The role focuses on delivering high quality patient care while managing operations, finances, and staff. Responsibilities Lead a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver patient care and achieve clinical goals. Build and maintain patient relationships, continuously improve health outcomes, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering and compliance monitoring. Collaborate with regional operations directors to address employee and patient concerns and meet regional goals. Provide autonomy in clinic management while receiving support from directors and peers. Promote and embody organizational values, rewarding behaviors that reflect shared beliefs. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred (unless required by law). Minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or related fields. Current RN license required if state regulated; current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days). Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong collaboration skills; ability to work with clinical and financial teams. Other qualifications at the discretion of leadership may be considered.
