Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities to promote healing and personal growth.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals, collaborating with the client to ensure their active involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to foster community connections among clients facing similar challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the ongoing assessment and adjustment of treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
