Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients in order to create a safe space for effective therapy.

• Diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing established clinical practices and assessments.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, focusing on their overall mental and emotional well-being.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to avoid stagnation in treatment and to provide continuous support.

• Engage in ongoing patient assessment, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving client needs and track progress.

• Collaborate with family members and other professionals, including referrals to specialists when additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current, active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy in diverse mental health settings.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a varied workload while attending to administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and virtual patient care models.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Background working within multi-disciplinary teams and participating in clinical supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
