Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including children and adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role is critical in establishing a trusting relationship with clients, enabling their journey toward recovery and mental health maintenance.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited university.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent.

• A clean professional record without any previous disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
\n
• Proficiency in intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning, demonstrating solid organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for both client interaction and required documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in clinical psychotherapy is required, experience with specific therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar evidence-based approaches, is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n
