This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy and support from the comfort of your home while maintaining full integration with our outpatient office’s operations. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a work-life balance that fosters professional growth and personal wellness. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that echo their unique goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, helping to demystify their conditions and empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n
