Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the frequency and severity of mood disorder symptoms in clients, establishing a clear understanding of their experiences.

• Develop, implement, and review customized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care, fostering their understanding and empowerment.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Stay informed about recent research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapy methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
