Make a difference in the lives of students by providing expert behavioral services in a supportive school environment. This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking meaningful work with K-12th grade students within various satellite programs, AFL, and an Instructional Support Team. The schedule is set from 8am to 3pm, totaling 32.5 hours per week, with a half-hour unpaid lunch each day.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience supporting K-12th grade students
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills with students, educators, and families
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in educational settings is highly desirable
What you’ll do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students across multiple satellite program sites
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to instructional staff in the implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with the AFL and Instructional Support Team to address student needs and monitor progress
- Lead team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Foster positive relationships with students, helping them achieve their IEP goals and reach their fullest potential
