Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students' growth and independence in a vibrant educational setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in the Adaptive Behavior Learning Environment (ABLE) program, working with a diverse K-12 population. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to design and deliver interventions that make a meaningful impact on students’ daily lives.

This full-time position offers 32.5 hours per week—Monday through Friday, from 8am to 3pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. You’ll manage a manageable caseload of 34 students, ensuring each receives the individual attention and support needed to thrive in both academic and functional areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience or a strong interest in school-based OT services.
• Familiarity or prior work with adaptive and behavioral learning programs is a plus.
• Passion for working with K-12 students from varying backgrounds.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to create engaging, functional therapy goals in partnership with IEP teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ motor, adaptive, and sensory needs.
• Develop and implement individualized OT interventions aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support generalization of skills.
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Foster a supportive and positive environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
