Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by becoming a contract Physical Therapist supporting a high school caseload in the Tinley Park, IL area. As a valued member of the educational community, you’ll be instrumental in fostering students’ growth and independence by delivering expert physical therapy services within a dynamic school setting.

You’ll work 20–30 hours per week, partnering with high school students (caseload approximately 15–20) to help them realize their potential, access their curriculum, and thrive alongside their peers.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license for Illinois (or eligibility)
• Prior PT experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and school-based therapy practices
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical challenges
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress towards identified IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to optimize student outcomes
• Document sessions and assessments in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Support the safe use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment in the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clear, thoughtful insights to interdisciplinary teams
