Information Technology Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator will assist project managers on a part-time basis in the planning, scheduling and tracking of various IT projects. Targeting candidates with 1-3 years of experience working in project administration or coordination. This is a hybrid position and the candidate must be able to work in person 1-2 days per work. Hours are flexible are estimated between 20-25 hours per week. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes to capture discussion points, action items, and decisions. Manage entries into various ticketing systems as well as track renewals and terminations. Run regular project reports and compile information for review by project managers. Provide budget management support through tracking quotes, invoices Assist with both written and verbal project communication across stakeholder groups.
