Senior Business Development Representative

To accelerate growth within the retail banking market, the full-time remote Senior Business Development Representative will identify and develop strategic opportunities with banks and credit unions, focusing on workforce management and customer engagement solutions. Key responsibilities Research and prioritize target banks and financial institutions for workforce management solutions Build and manage an outbound prospecting strategy using various outreach methods tailored to each prospect Engage senior stakeholders to qualify strategic opportunities and communicate the value of SaaS solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in business development or sales for B2B SaaS or financial services technology solutions Demonstrated ability to prospect into complex enterprise accounts and engage senior-level stakeholders Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and subscription-based software value propositions Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple target accounts effectively
