Pay: $21/hr. | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM + Rotating Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP | Contract Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Richmond, VA 23230 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping residents find their next home.

Position Details

Role: Leasing Consultant
Location: Richmond, VA 23230
Pay: $21/hr.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
- Rotating Saturday, 9 AM-5 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Opportunity Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents
Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process

Requirements

Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
