Job Purpose The Stockroom Clerk at MIDCON CABLES CO INC is responsible for efficiently pulling parts, kitting, and maintaining paperwork flow through the system to ensure accurate record filing. This position involves some heavy lifting and operation of pallet jacks, requiring attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and avoiding production delays. Key Responsibilities Organize and manage inventory to ensure accurate tracking and timely availability of parts. Communicate effectively with the production team to maintain strong work relationships and ensure smooth workflow. Accept directions and follow through on job duties with minimal supervision, demonstrating self‑starting capabilities. Perform data entry and utilize PC‑based software systems for inventory tracking and reconciliation of stockroom counts. Maintain good attendance and exhibit strong technical performance in work quality and productivity. Demonstrate continuous improvement leadership in all tasks and responsibilities. Resolve problem situations by tracking down information until issues are satisfactorily resolved. Operate pallet jacks and perform heavy lifting as required to manage stockroom operations efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr Midcon Cables Company
