Litigation Paralegal

Role Summary: We are partnered with an established and growing Chicago Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal.

Responsibilities

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery document
Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the litigation process
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meeting
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and deadlines
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness list
Review medical records and prepare summaries for attorney review

Compensation & Benefit

Base salary ($65-85,000/yr) + bonus structure based on individual case performance and results
