Responsibilities The HR Professional will contribute to a variety of HR functions and projects for clients and the business. Responsibilities include: Work with multiple clients to solve HR-related issues and participate in projects such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation, and related tasks. Be comfortable on their feet when it comes to training and provide excellent customer service to clients. Engage in an expanding menu of HR tasks, projects, employee relations interventions, and initiatives. Collaborate with leaders to equip and enable smart people decisions. Job Requirements 3-5 years of Human Resources experience required Professional demeanor Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher Exceptional organizational skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to flex and multi-task Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Houston-based Bachelor's degree preferred SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred Apply today and let us know why you'd be a great fit for the Human Resources Generalist role!
