Human Resources Director

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function for a growing, multi-state organization. This is a hands‑on HR leadership role. You'll oversee all aspects of the human resources function while partnering with leadership to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and process improvement. Responsibilities Lead all Human Resources functions across a multi-state organization. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives. Manage employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Lead annual performance review and goal‑setting processes. Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements across HR operations. Support managers with coaching, performance issues, and workforce planning. Maintain confidentiality while serving as a trusted resource for leadership and employees. Qualifications 8+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience as an HR Manager, HR Director, or Senior HR Business Partner. Experience supporting multi‑state operations. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. Experience managing employee relations and performance management. Experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience implementing or improving HRIS or ERP systems. Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise HRIS platforms. Experience supporting field‑based organizations. Experience in construction, telecommunications, engineering, utilities, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
