Amazon Connect & Lex SME (Contract / Fractional)

Remote (U.S. Only) | 4–8 Week Engagement We’re looking for a hands‑on expert in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to help us design and build a real‑world conversational contact center experience. This is not a “set up a few flows” role — we need someone who has actually shipped production systems and understands both the tech and the customer experience. What you’ll do: Build and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows Design conversational experiences using Amazon Lex (V2) Integrate backend systems via AWS Lambda Help architect something scalable and clean You’re a fit if: You’ve built real‑world Connect + Lex solutions You understand conversational UX (not just config) You can both build and advise You are a U.S. Citizen (required) Details: Remote (U.S. only) Contract (4–8 weeks to start) Flexible hours Apply with examples of systems you’ve built. #J-18808-Ljbffr
