Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist with proven NetSuite ERP experience to support our growing finance operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor and customer transactions, and ensuring timely payment processing and collections. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong accounting skills, and have hands-on experience with NetSuite , we’d love to hear from you. ***NetSuite experience is required*** Hours: 8-5 Monday – Friday Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable with Netsuite Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in NetSuite. Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts. Manage weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end close activities and AP reporting. Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate and distribute customer invoices using NetSuite. Monitor customer accounts and collections activities. Apply customer payments and reconcile AR balances. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Prepare aging reports and provide collection status updates. Support cash application and account reconciliation processes. General Accounting Support Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements. Support process improvements and accounting best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams. Required Qualifications for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable with Netsuite Mandatory: Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (minimum 2 years preferred) 3+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experience. Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting functions. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
