Account Manager, Wound Reconstruction Solutions -- Scottsdale, AZ

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager for Wound Reconstruction Solutions in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role involves selling skin and wound care products to hospitals and post-acute facilities, with primary responsibility for achieving territory sales targets through strategic planning and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and target previously unsold accounts within defined territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue objectives for Integra product lines
• Provide consultative support in operating room environment per product indications
• Work with peers on case coverage, inventory requests, and regional financial goals
• Identify product improvement opportunities and maintain high technical product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Associate degree, CST, PT certification)
• Minimum 4 years professional or related experience
• Prior operating room environment experience required
• Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Local to Scottsdale with ability to relocate to territory
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
