MDM Engineer

Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

Additional information: Candidate needs excellent problem solving, critical and analytical thinking skills; an understanding of master data across areas of product, vendor, and customer; experience defining and analyzing system problems, experience designing and testing standards and solutions; STIBO experience would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities: will be configuring and doing design and development work within the STIBO application; creating business rules and work flows; taking business requirements and translating those into functional and technical requirements; working with the integration team

Required Skills : -Must live on the East coast -Master Data Management experience -Ability to write FDDs & TDDs -Ability to do true solution development work -Must have experience with STIBO -Strong communication, able to speak with stakeholders
