Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of varying levels of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in clinical care and supervision.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and document in the patient record.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor patient responses.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards are maintained throughout the shift.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California (unrestricted)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Relevant RN clinical experience in outpatient care or similar setting
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts and participate in a travel assignment
- Must be able to perform essential nursing duties in an outpatient care environment
