Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the cath lab according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient management.
- Prepare for interventional procedures, monitor patient status during procedures, respond to emergencies, and document care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other team members to ensure safe, efficient procedural flow and patient safety.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current BLS certification; ACLS as required or preferred per program
- Cath Lab or interventional nursing experience preferred; 1 year of relevant nursing experience may be considered
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) recognized in the United States
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment; willingness to travel for assignments as needed
