Overview Of The Human Resources Manager Serve as a strategic and hands-on HR leader, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources and overseeing the HR Generalist team while supporting all core HR functions. Collaborate with organizational leadership to administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, unemployment matters, and employee wellness initiatives. Direct leave management processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA and other company leave policies. Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system, including onboarding, employment changes, and record maintenance. Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of personnel records and employment documentation. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and annual review processes. Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook administration to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Assist with the successful integration of HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions for newly acquired or affiliated entities. Contribute to HR technology initiatives, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. Conduct workplace investigations, ensure accountability for policy violations, and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Qualifications For The Human Resources Manager Must have end-to-end HR experience (including supervision) and the ability to effectively manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. Ability to work hybrid in Goodlettsville.
