Whether you're an ambitious operator eager to expand your skillset or a seasoned setup machinist, we have immediate full-time openings on both shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Shift Differential: Earn a 10% pay boost on 2nd Shift!Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of CNC machining experience OR completion of a machining trade/vocational program.

• Understanding of basic shop math, linear measurements, and metric conversions.

• Hands-on experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.

• Familiarity with standard precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).

• Basic G-code and program editing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Load, setup, and run vertical and horizontal CNC lathes to produce precision parts meeting exact specification guidelines.

• Blueprint & Program Reading: Interpret blueprints, work orders, GD&T, and CNC program code to ensure correct part geometry.

• Quality & Precision: Perform quality inspections using calibrated tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, plug/thread gauges) to hold extremely tight tolerances down to .0001".

• Process Optimizations: Adjust machine controls (speeds, feeds, coolant flow), make program offsets, and assist with part prove-outs.

• Shop Standards: Keep equipment in peak operating condition through preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S standards.
