Staffing SourcerHelp connect NRI STaffing with companies that can utlilize our services. Gain valuable experience in recruiting, sales, and human resources. As a Staffing Sourcer, you'll identify potential clients, conduct initial outreach, and support recruiters throughout the onboarding process. This role is perfect for students interested in business, communications, psychology, HR, or anyone looking to develop professional skills in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSource potential clients through phoning, job boards, social media, and lead databasesConduct initial phone screens and lead outreachMaintain accurate lead records in our CRMAssist with marketing events and PR initiativesQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, professional, and confident on the phoneStrong organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable learning new software and technologyDetail-oriented with the ability to multitaskCurrently enrolled in college or a recent graduate preferred (not required)Customer service or sales experience is a plusWhat You'll GainReal-world recruiting and HR experienceProfessional networking opportunitiesResume -building experience with a respected staffing firmFlexible scheduling around classesHands-on training and mentorshipOpportunities for advancement into Recruiting or Business Development rolesSchedulePart-Time AvailableFlexible weekday hoursComfortable office environment
